Lance Whipple is a Retired Air Force Officer and skip-generation real estate agent, his grandparents ran a real estate brokerage in Oregon during the 1960s and 70s. Lance helps first-time homebuyers, vacation home investors, and retirees find their dream homes in the communities around Walt Disney World. If you are familiar with Orlando, you know that most of the vacation homes and desirable resort-style communities are not located in Orlando. Lance focuses on the communities in Davenport, Clermont, and Kissimmee, just South and East of Orlando's Theme Parks.
